Reservation Policy

Reservation Requirements:

Reservation is requested for all seatings.

We have a dining time of:

- 1-2 guests: 1 hour 30 mins

- 3-4 guests: 1 hour 45 mins

- 5-6 guests: 2 hours

- 7+ guests: 2 hours 15 mins

Guests are requested to honour the time constraints to avoid disruptions for next reservations.​


In order that we offer all our customers the best service, please ensure you arrive at the restaurant ready to be seated at the time of your reservation or earlier. If you arrive late then we reserve the right to late cancel your reservation or move you to a later seating time. 


Dress code: Smart casual or smart


No-Show/Late Cancellation: A £10 (per person) no-show charge is applied in case of a No-Show. (per person). The restaurant reserves the right to change a different amount for busy days. If so, this would be included as part of your reservation confirmation and that super-cedes any amount listed here.

Service Charge: Any reservations or walk-ins may incur a discretional 12.5% service charge. However for large bookings of 12 or more, this would be mandatory.


Seating Requests: Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant and although we do everything we can to allocate a table in your preferred area of the restaurant we cannot always guarantee this.


Amendments, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation or amendment of all bookings must be made online.

For bookings of up to 12, we require a 24 hours notice for cancellation or amendments to bookings .

For bookings of more than 12, we require a 72 hours notice for cancellation or amendments to bookings .Whilst you may change or cancel after this period, we reserve the right to deduct a No--Show charge.

CREM Kitchen reservation team actively manages the restaurant bookings by checking attendance and confirming reservations, normally on the morning of the booking. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings that are not confirmed.
