Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash.

• The card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card.

• No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases.

• We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards - protect this as you would cash.

• To check the balance of your gift card, please contact us.

• For all gift cards sold from 01-December-2021: A Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date the gift card was issued. Please contact us if you would like to confirm the date of expiry.

• CREM Kitchen gift cards (whether plastic or email) are valid only at CREM Kitchen the UK for use in restaurant for dine-in or collection. 

• Gift cards cannot be used with delivery providers such as Deliveroo, Uber Eats etc.

• Gift cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £20, up to a maximum of £250.

• Email gift cards will be free to receive for the guest.

• Email gifts are valid either presented on a smart phone or printed out.

• Gift codes (physical or email) can be used multiple times until all of the remaining balance is spent.

• We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions.
